Adele Lorraine Droblas


Adele Droblas is an artist. She uses different mediums to create art. She especially enjoys drawing, painting, making jewelry and using the computer to express her creative vision. Adele is very passionate about the jewelry she makes. Adele started making jewelry as a hobby. As she traveled throughout North and South America, Europe and the Orient, she would buy materials to make jewelry. The jewelry is made from semi-precious stones, crystals, sea glass, wood, shells, rocks and whatever else that may be appealing.

Adele's creative endeavors are a product of her heritage and her experiences traveling and living around the world. Adele explains that her artistic visions mostly come from her roots - her Argentine heritage. Adele is Argentine-American. Both her parents are from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She learned Spanish before she spoke English. She has lived in both Argentina and America. She was born in Brooklyn, New York. She spent the first few years of her life in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up she lived in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Buenos Aires, Argentina and West Palm Beach, Florida and New York City. Presently she resides in Westport, CT.

Adele's heritage goes beyond Argentina. Argentina is a melting pot like America. On her mother's side she is Italian, Catholic, Scottish and Spanish. Her family tells her she is related to Pope #9. On her father's side, she is a Polish, Jew.

Adele has also authored the Adobe Premiere Bible, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The book covers everything you need to know about digital video and more. The book can be found in bookstores throughout the United States. Adele is an expert in the field of computer graphics and digital video. She has taught at Pratt Institute (Soho, NYC), Columbia University, School of Visual Arts (NYC), The New School (NYC), Apple Computer (NYC), a workshop at Camden, Maine and fortune 500 companies in NYC, including the Port Authority at the World Trade Center.
